Mr Vusi Baleni

As a young and talented professional civil engineer, Vusi Baleni joined Bigen’s Real Estate directorate in 2013 where, currently, he is a property development project manager.

He is also a member of the Bigen Board and serves as a member of the Audit, Risk and IT and Directors and Shareholder Affairs subcommittees.

Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in delivering property development and municipal infrastructure services, as well as in enterprise, supplier and socio-economic development and technical infrastructure planning and design.

Vusi’s exposure to infrastructure design for a diverse range of communities in South Africa has strengthened his belief that social and economic empowerment are equally critical to creating societal well-being.
